LOCATION
Villa Leonardo is located in Forte dei Marmi, in the Roma Imperiale district about 800 meters from the most exclusive beaches in Italy.
The equipment of the villa includes an independent heating system, hot / cold air conditioning system, alarm system, satellite TV system, lighting system and external irrigation.
INTERIOR LAYOUT
Villa Leonardo is developed on four levels with a large and bright living space, dining area, and kitchen. On the same floor, there is also a laundry room and a service bathroom.
An elegant circular staircase in travertine connects the upper floor, the attic, and the tavern.
On the first floor, there are three large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, all overlooking the large terraces that surround the villa on each side. A further large double bedroom with bathroom is located in the large attic floor with a tower and skylight.
